The Story
Hypothesis
GA4 Analytics had become increasingly difficult to use for day-to-day analysis. For several website projects, even pulling simple data or basic insights felt unnecessarily complex. The goal was to create a simpler way to interact with analytics data by allowing questions to be asked in natural language, without having to fight GA4’s interface.
The Build
The app accesses GA4 data programmatically using Google’s GA4 Data API. Rather than relying on traditional API keys, it authenticates via Google service accounts, which provide secure, scoped access to GA4 reporting data and allow the application to query analytics data directly.
